1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clawket ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Clawket is a mobile client application for OpenClaw, a self-hosted personal AI assistant platform. Clawket provides a user interface to interact with your self-hosted OpenClaw gateway. We do not provide the AI services themselves — those are powered by your own OpenClaw installation and configured AI providers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining and securing your own OpenClaw gateway.
  • You are responsible for any API costs incurred through your configured AI providers.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws when using the app and any connected AI services.
  • You must not use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Clawket app, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Clawket. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clawket is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all gateway configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or costs incurred through third-party AI providers.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using Clawket at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.
