Introduction

Clawket ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile client for OpenClaw, a self-hosted personal AI assistant platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Clawket.

Data Collection

Clawket is designed with a local-first architecture. We do not operate servers that store your data. Your conversations, configuration, and agent data are stored locally on your device and on your self-hosted OpenClaw gateway.

  • No account required. Clawket does not require you to create an account or provide personal information.
  • No analytics or tracking. We do not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data.
  • No third-party data sharing. We do not share any data with third parties.

Data Stored on Your Device

Clawket stores the following data locally on your device:

  • Gateway connection settings (server addresses, authentication tokens)
  • Chat message cache for offline access
  • App preferences (theme, display settings)
  • Relay pairing tokens (stored in secure OS keychain)

Network Communication

Clawket connects directly to your self-hosted OpenClaw gateway. All communication is between your device and your gateway. When using relay mode, data is transmitted through an encrypted tunnel — we do not inspect, store, or log relay traffic.

Device Permissions

Clawket may request the following device permissions:

  • Camera: For scanning QR codes during relay pairing.
  • Photo Library: For saving exported stats posters and sending images in chat.
  • Location: Optional — only used if you choose to share location context with your AI agent.

All permissions are optional and requested only when the relevant feature is used.

Children's Privacy

Clawket is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
